Any combination exceeding the above
Major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) within the last 5 years
Participation in the SAP program (No SAP drivers accepted)
30 % From Gross
Weekly direct deposit.1099 Tax Form.
3 weeks out, 1 week at home
Referral Bonus
$500 (after 2 months).
Safety Bonuses
Level I - $400.
Level II - $300.
Level III - $200.
