Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day parts department operations including inventory control, purchasing, and distribution.
Lead and develop a team of parts counter professionals and warehouse staff.
Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate ordering, and minimize obsolescence.
Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate competitive pricing.
Collaborate with service and sales departments to support operational needs.
Track departmental performance and ensure profitability goals are met.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in dealership parts management.
Proven success managing inventory and departmental profitability.
Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with domestic brands strongly preferred.
