Location: Woodridge, IL (yard & shop) Equipment: 2026 Volvos with 2025 reefer units

✅ Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience
3 weeks out / 1 week off schedule
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years (including warnings)
Verifiable DOT inspections
Good level of English (per new FMCSA requirements)
💰 Pay & Benefits
65–70¢ per mile, ALL miles paid. 1099 position only
Run mostly South East and Midwest to West Coast and back
3,500+ miles per week guaranteed
$2,500 held in escrow required ($125/week until 2500$)
Layover pay: $40/hour after 4 hours
24/7 dispatch support (English, Romanian, Russian)
We'll fly the right candidate out to our yard in the suburbs of Chicago
Driver can take truck home for hometime
