Unit Description: King bed, 2 double beds, and queen sofa sleeper in the living area. Full kitchen, living and dining area, balcony or deck, whirlpool tub, and washer/dryer (see photos which are representative of the accommodations).
Amenities: 2 outdoor pools, outdoor and indoor hot tub, playground, 9 tennis courts, volley ball and basketball courts, game room, business center, salon & day spa, putting green and driving range, lake with fishing and jet ski rentals.
This vacation condominium package includes only the timeshare condominium unit for the designated dates listed above. The purchaser is responsible for all other food, accommodations, parking, entertainment and transportation to and from the unit separately and apart from this transaction. By payment of this rental, the purchaser agrees to be responsible to the resort and to the owner/renter for any fees incurred during the stay and for any damages to the resort caused by the purchaser or members of his/her party, and agrees to hold harmless the owner/renter for any liability.
When payment has been received, I will have the reservation put in your name and a reservation confirmation will be sent to you. The person in whose name the reservation is made will need a photo ID at check-in and must be at least 21 years old.
