THIS IS RENTAL OF TIMESHARE THAT IS FAMILY OWNED. CURRENTLY WE HAVE BOOKED 3 NIGHTS IN SEIVEIRVILLE (DOLLYWOOD), AND 3 NIGHTS IN ORLANDO (DISNEY/SEAWORLD AREA) AT WYNDHAM RESORTS. THE DATES AND PLACES CAN BE CHANGED BASED ON AVAILABLILITY, HOWEVER SOMEONE INAPPROPRIATELY FLAGGED OUR LISTING, SO I ACTUALLY WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS TO BOOK ROOMS FOR SPECIFIC DETAILS. Imagine going horseback riding on a beach, or staying at a resort with lazy rivers, playing with monkeys in a jungle, or paragliding off a cliff, or many other things you may want to afford to do. Imagine that you go back to your resort and have a full kitchen to use (not just a bedroom to come into) but a full kitchen, living room, and beautiful bedroom(s) convenient to wonderful amenities, pools, restaurants, cinemas, shopping.
Imagine rather than paying out the nose prices, you can afford to do these things, because you traveled smart - you booked a room at a Wyndham Resorts using our timeshare points which we have too many of! RENT OUR TIMESHARE! NEGOTIATE AN OFFER WITH US. Rather than paying $300+ per night per room, consider that the room rate will most like be negotiated to half that and all the amenities that come with it!! Cheaper than staying a hotel and a much more rewarding and well-deserved vacation!! The longer the stay, the better we would negotiate the pricing, but regardless, the price will allow you have funds to live your bucket list!!

This is a posting for Forbes family legacy timeshare containing over 600,000 points maintained through WYNDHAM RESORTS. (This is not an ad for Wyndham, that is just where all our timeshare happens to be.) All details can be confirmed!! Bookings can be confirmed directly with Wyndham prior to payment. 20 day cancellation period. Upon arrival to your destination WYNDHAM charges a security deposit (usually $250) which is refundable at the end of your journey. Wyndham may require minimum stay requirements. Typical Minimum stay requirement may be 1 to 4 days. No funds are due upfront. Payment or cancellation of registration would be required no later than 20 days prior to your vacation.
The earlier you book, the greater the chances of availability at a resort (or Wyndham hotel collection) of your choice. If you plan your vacation late, we cannot guarantee that the specific location you seek will have availability, but feel confident that a resort could be booked SOMEWHERE, if your vacay time is set in stone.
THINGS TO DO AT RESORTS: Everyday resorts have posted activities for all ages. Pool activities, crafting, contests, wine and food events, music events, putt-putt golf, real golf, pool tables, ping pong, clubhouse, firepit and hot tub, etc. Events and activities vary by resort. So, in addition to winding down, you or others in your group can indulge in these wonderful activities, or plan your own!
