My wife and I need a live in helper who needs a good modern place to live in. We live in a large two story home with plenty of space and a large property. Must be a retired female with her own income. She must have empathy, compassion and be just a good caring person with no issues. Must be clean, gregarious, happy and comfortable with herself. She must be self assured. We will not put up with drama. She will have very little to do and she will have to pay very, very little rent for where she is living at. She must have her own car and transportation. She must not smoke, drink nor take drugs. She must not be in any kind of relationship.
