K-Flex USA Pipe Insulation 1-5/8" ID x 1-1/2" Wall THICK R9.8 pre-split flexible closed-cell elastomeric tube insulation
These are used pieces of K-Flex Pipe Insulation. I believe this is the K-FLEX® INSUL-TUBE® line. I don't think it's the INSUL-LOCK because it doesn't have the flap to cover the seam. All of this tube is pre-split. If you want to seal this you can use some of the K-Flex adhesive or tape. This was used in an industrial coolant installation that was covering SCH80 1-1/4" (ID) pipe. The last photo shows more of the items pulled down when removing the installation. The total length of pieces I have is around 47 linear feet. It is used and looks used but is in good shape. Two of the shorter pieces have holes where shut-off valve handles popped through. I'll consider separating this if you're interested, but, that will be difficult I already have this tightly packed in a box and ready to ship. If shipping costs seem crazy. They are and I'm not making a dime on it. You are paying actual shipping costs. I would give you a link to the manufacturers specs but they don't allow me to add links. INSUL-TUBE® is a flexible, closed-cell elastomeric tube insulation product used to conserve energy and prevent condensation on piping applications. The product's closed-cell structure creates exceptional thermal properties (k-value of 0.245 at 75F and wvt of .03 perm-in) that protect against moisture penetration in applications within a -297°F to +220°F temperature range.
INSUL-TUBE® is widely used in the HVAC/R and plumbing markets for its cold weather flexibility, durable skin surface, exacting manufacturing tolerances and lasting performance. It is available in 6’ lengths in a range of wall thicknesses ranging from 3/8" to 2” and is 25/50-rated, according to ASTM E-84 standards for surface burning characteristics of building materials, up to 2" wall thickness.
These rubber pipe insulation products are non-porous, non-fibrous and resist mold, fungal and bacterial growth. For added protection, they are protected with an EPA-approved antimicrobial agent.

Rubber Pipe Insulation is also called Hydronic Pipe Insulation in different specs and was commonly referred to as Rubatex in the past.
